Colorado State Representative and member of the Joint Budget Committee Kim Ransom updates listeners on the Colorado budget and states that anywhere from $1 billion to $3 billion needs to be cut from the budget that was almost finished in March before the economic down-slide impact by COVID-19. Renee Anderson and Andy Jones, candidates for the Highlands Ranch Metro District Board, echo Kim’s comment that people need to be involved in local politics.
