Tony Gagliardi, Colorado and Wyoming state director for the National Federation of Independent Business, joins Kim in the first segment to talk about SB19-188, the FAMLI Program. The bill would also require employers to fund the program and the Democratic sponsors of the bill are also seeking to bypass TABOR by calling the payments a premium instead of a tax.
