The Colorado GOP is at a crossroads. Recently the Republican State Central Committee held a vote on a bylaws amendment to designate an absent committee member’s vote as a “yes” vote instead of an automatic “no” vote in anticipation of a vote in September regarding the GOP opting-out of open primaries.
