Politicians, Bureaucrats and Interested Parties (PBIs) reacted to the COVID-19/Wuhan Virus by using bureaucratic power to shut down businesses which put enormous stress on small to midsize main street businesses. In rushed Congress with the CARES Act and the Paycheck Protection Program. Now those small businesses that participated have unclear strings attached that may make it difficult to sell their businesses.
