Despite a Presidential Executive Order in February 2025 to offer reinstatement and backpay to service members in the Department of Defense (DoD), who were discharged under the EUA COVID-19 vaccine mandate, the Executive Order fails to remedy the ongoing career-punitive measures for opting out of vaccines. Pam Long highlights three requests to remedy the situation.
