A proposed bill to weaken TABOR and the abuse of the safety clause in Colorado legislation

Former state senator Kevin Lundberg joins Kim to talk about the breaking TABOR refund story. Lundberg also goes into the history and background of TABOR as well as the "safety clause," a provision which legislators use to deny Coloradans their state constitutional right to use the referendum process to strike down or modify any act or part of an act passed by the General Assembly.
